Two Days

Question

I have trouble keeping two days, it is too much for me, i used to live in Israel and I plan on moving back in the nnext few years but now im in america, do i have to keep two days, it is very diffuclt and i am liable to go crazy, not that i want to do anything else... but the whole two day concept to me is diffiicult to understand, i realize what it is based on but emotionally it is hard.

If you are living outside Israel, you must keep 2 days Yom Tov. Maybe you are too strict on the Yom Tov, and therefore cannot deal with it. What are you missing? AA
