tzaddakah box

Question

If one uses a tzadakah box that has a name of an organization on it,but intends to use the money for different organizations.Does one have to send the money specifically to the organization on the box,or can he send it to where ever he wishes?

If he originally planned to send it to a different organization, it's not a problem. AA
