Question
Regarding using the fish bowl in a restaurant to cook a kosher fish, you clarified that it is permissible because of setam kelim einam benei yomam. I don't understand. If you go to the kitchen of a restaurant are you supposed to ask for a bowl that they haven't used in the last day? Because if you just use the bowl they have on the stove, this certainly was used in the last 24 hours.
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiThe bowl that you are talking about, if it is Keli Sheni, it's not an issue. If it is actually a pot, you need not look into when it was used, but you can assume it is not used that day, unless you can tell that it was. AA
