Question

When do we say that you must kasher utensils. For example, if I am in a hotel and there are some utensils there, I can use them and rely on setam kelim einam bene yomam. But let's say I am put up in an apartment for 2 months. Do I then need to kasher the utensils since I am renting them, as it were? Where do you draw the line?

What are you referring to by utensils? Spoons, forks, and knives? Why must you Kasher them at all? Their main use is not as a Keli Rishon (directly on the fire). AA
