I see that Rav Abadi is guided by the truth which means you can't predict his pesakim and he is not guided by pressure. Some of his pesakim appear to be incredible kulot while others appear to be great humrot. Along those lines, I have heard that R. Abadi holds that you can't touch your niece if she is over three. Is this correct? Also, I have also heard that R. Abadi has some original views with regard to dam betulim in certain cases. Can you elaboate on this. Thank you.
