Vegans (correct version)

Question

Could a vegan be defined a mumar because of the refusal in principle to have the qorban pesach which is a Mitswa de-Oraitha le'olam?... Isn't it also a problem given the clear Shulkhan Aruch and RaMba"M stating that "oneg Shabbat" is be'basar we-yayin"?? Isn't it also - to profess veganism - a foreign phylosophy? Wasn't humanity commanded to eat meat after the flood as the tsivuy language towards Noach could show?... Thanks

You don't know that a Vegan wouldn't eat the Korban Pesah. I bet if he ends up alive in the days of Moshiach, he'll eat the Korban. In reference to Shabbat, Oneg Shabbat is enjoying your food. It does not HAVE to be meat and wine. If a person would say that it is improper to eat meat, then we have a problem. CYA
