Vodka for Pesach

Question

Can you drink any potato-based vodka on Pesach? If not any… How about Chopin Vodka – Chopin is a single-ingredient Vodka, distilled from 100% organic potatoes grown in the Podlasic region of Poland? Thanks. Eli

Anything "100% potatoes" is fine. AA
