washing and misc

Question

Kavod Ha Rav, If a person can't wash with a natlan prior to eating bread, can he wash directly from the faucet? Is it permissable to wash one's hand after using the bathroom, and make asher yahtzar (after leaving the bathroom) without washing with a natlan somewhere else? Do we make asher yatzer each time when we go to the washroom several times in the middle of the night? thanks so much for your time.
