water cooler

Question

I have a water cooler that pumps water into a chamber which is then dispensed when a button is pressed. When the chamber empties the pump motor goes on. Am I allowed to dispense water on shabbos even though I am emtying the chamber every two cupfulls and the pump then goes on.

Can you see when its getting empty? Is it for sure always 2 cupfulls? CYA
