Question

Re:cooler-u cant c into the chamber or when the chamber is emptying or filling. It tends to fill at around two cups-depending on how much water the individual is filling on each cup that he fills.

It sounds like its no different than a refridgerator or heating thermostat. If you open a house door to outside or a refridgerator, then you can take water. CYA
