Question

I know a lot of people who follow this site religiously but only yesterday did I look at it myself. I have to tell you it is amazing. There are many people like me, people who learnt in yeshiva but refused to be brainwashed by the new approaches to kashrut that have arisen. No matter how many times they tried, I refused to accept that a can of peas, that only contains peas and water, needed a kashrut symbol (and not just any symbol, but one of the "reliable" symbols). I refused to accept that a Baskin and Robbins actually needs to have a mashgiach visit once a month to tell me that the ice cream they are serving is indeed Baskin and Robbins, I refused to accept that mouthwash needed a hashgachah, and much more. I can't tell you how many people in yeshiva thought I was dangerous because of such "radical" ideas. I am happy to see that there is a great rav who still speaks the emes, no matter how out of fashion, and that he has not been intimidated

Those people in Yeshiva that thought you were dangerous are right. :-) CYA
