Williams Sonoma

Question

I know its a long shot, but I was wondering if Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark is Kosher. The ingredients are as follows: DARK CHOCOLATE: sugar, chocolate liquor processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, butter oil, lecithin (an emulsifier), pure vanilla, natural oil of peppermint. WHITE CHOCOLATE: sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, soya lecithin (an emulsifier), pure vanilla. PEPPERMINT BITS: sugar, corn syrup, oil of peppermint, FD&C red #40. Prepared on shared equipment with nut products. May conatin peanut, nut, and/or milk protein traces. It smells awesome, and I got it as a Christmas gift, so I figured before throwing it away, I might as well see if its kosher. Thanks Rabbi.
