preparing drinks on shabbos and cambells soup

Question

how do I properly make tea and coffee on shabbat? What is klei rishon....?I read the ingredients for cambells tomato soup all was fine and from what i have read on your site i can eat it eventhough they also have chicken soup on the line ? -is that correct- just want to be sure Also the cream of mushroom soup seemed o.k. too. one of the ingredients is cream is this a Problem? thank you Rabbi for your help and sharing of your knowledge
