Question
Since you indicate that in the windery you visited it is only a small amount of wine that the non-Jews actually touch, why don't we say that the bottle in the store is permissible, since it almost certainly is not one of them that came into human contact (like we do with Chadash)?

Answered by Aaron AbadiThat is what "Yayin Stam" is; wine that MIGHT have been touched by a non-Jew. Each bottle is Yayin Stam. Chadash means it is certainly from this year. If you are not sure, you have a Safek. If there are two separate doubts, you have a Safek-Sefeka. The whole Issur of wine is in the safek scenario. AA
