Can you please tell me where I can look further into when Yaakov kissed Rachel? Can you please explain the scenario. My friend is doing a project on this for Grad school and I would like to help her find good sources explaining this. Thanks Tammi

What is the issue? Kissing a girl? This is forbidden as a Rabbinical restriction to protect ourselves from doing something worse. Before the Torah was given, there was no need to follow Rabbinical restrictions. Yaakov knew that it wasn't a problem for him, he had full control, so he kissed her. AA
