Question
Although I realize that many products are sfeikot when it comes to yashan and chadash, and this creates a sfeik sfeika if we take into account those who maintain that there is no prohibition of chadash in chutz laaretz, this is not so with regard to breads. The vast majority of bread in the United States is chadash by the wintertime, and kol d'parush meirubah parush. Furthermore, the position that chadash does not apply in chutz laaretz is a daat yachid that was and is highly controversial. Nearly everyone rejected it as absurd. We can't just metzaref any shita, regardless of its validity, for a sefek sefeika. Even if we accept the shita, still, it is safek echad b'issur and safek echad b'taarovet, which is an additional problem.
