yeshiva dinner and Maaser

Question

My yeshiva charged $180 per person for it's annual dinner. Can I consider the $180 as Maaser money and if not ___can I subtract the amount of money I would pay for a fancy dinner ( ie. $30-40)?, and count $140-150 towards Maaser money?
