Yom Haatzmaut

Question

This year,Yom Hazikaron is a day late and Yom Haatzmaut is a day after.The eve of Yom Haatzmaut is Monday April 26th and the day is Tuesday 27th.The main celebration is on Monday night but can you also have music and dancing on Tuesday evening?

Which Sanhedrin created this Holiday? Hertzel or Ben-Gurion? Or maybe it was Rebbetzin Golda Meir Shlit"a.... Let's be realistic and not ignore the fact that the secular Israeli Government is not a religious Jewish institution. If you want to celebrate victory against our enemies, why not do it on a different day?! AA
