Question

Dear Rabbi: All my life I was told that you could not brush your teeth on Tisha B'Av and Yom Kippur--and believe it or not this was the hardest part of the fast for me. So, CAN YOU BRUSH YOUR TEETH ON YOM KIPPUR? WHY?
