Yom Kippur and Tisha be-Av

Question

I know we don't do it, but technically, is there anything wrong with washing your face in the morning or even washing your hair on Yom Kippur and Tisha be-Av since this is washing for cleanliness, and only washing for enjoyment is forbidden.
