Question

How can you tell if someone is your bashert? For example: if one of you wants to make aliyah and the other doesn't, should that be enough to keep you from the chupppah?

This type of question needs to be answered differently for every person. There are times when the answer to that question is yes and times when it would be no. There are more issues to a shiduch then where you aare living, even though it is an important issue. Would you tell a girl who is 35, not to marry a guy because he will not move to E"Y? Settling in E"Y is a Mitzva, but there are other Mitzvos that are part of a Marriage. CYA
