Brazil - Revisited

Question

Regarding Nestle and other large companies that produce products in Brazil. Would it be fair to say that you can trust the ingredients but the milk products would still be a problem, or not and why. Also in so far as cooking in someones house that doesn't keep kosher, is it ok to use the oven with the food open or do you have to double wrap wrap it. Thanks for all your work.
