davening and dishwasher

Question

1)if i daven nusach ashkenaz can i insert the yehi ratzon in elokai netzor which is found in nusach sfard sidurim? 2)if my dishwasher is on a timer, must i fill the soap before shabbat or can i do it after i load it?
