Gender

Question

I was wondering, hypothetically speaking, if a male had a gender change to make him a female, would torah law view "him" as a male (thus requiring to put on tiffilin etc.) or would he be deemed as a female, or as a safek. Perhaps he would have the law semetric with that of a tumtum or androginus.
