Question

Kvod Harav, After one goes to the bathroom: 1) do we wash our hands with a cup any specifc amount of time like washing for bread or washing in the morning? 2) do we make a bracha on washing our hands after using the bathroom? Thank you again for this very needed and informative website.

1. You do not need to use a cup to wash. Just make sure both hands get water on them. 2. The Bracha after coming out of the bathroom is Asher Yatzar... CYA
