Dear Rabbi, The OK said:- The law allows a manufacturer lead-time before it must replace the inaccurate labels. Meanwhile, however, the package does not describe the contents. Can this possibly be true? A manufacturer can add shell fish to a product and not list it? With millions of people allergic to shell fish, it would seem unlikely, or they may add ham to their vegetable soup, and not list it? With millions of vegetarians, why would they alienate customers, let alone set themselves up for law suits? Then what ingredients are they talking about? Any idea? KolTuv, Martin

This is the most ridiculous thing they could have said. A company can go completely bankrupt if the product didn't mention say, peanuts, and ..... Besides, the FDA is not as careless as they make them out to be. These Hashgachot, liars and thieves, made a living off of that lie that is in every Jew's mouth, that "the company doesn't have to list anything that is less than 2%." Now they found a new one.
