Question
I checked the FDA site. It is clear that all ingredients in a product must be listed. But why do you assume that a release agent, which is not an ingredient, and is not part of the product, also has to be listed. All it is used for is to help baked products easily come off the pan.

Answered by Aaron AbadiTalk to the FDA. This is a case of preprogrammed info that just can't come out of your head. Drop the term "release agent." You know now that they lied to you with that 2% garbage. Anything that will be in this food that is being sold must be listed, except for those miniscule 10PPM trace ingredients. AA
