kosher chocolate?

Question

somebody gave me these chocolates and there was no hashgacha. please let me know if they are kosher ferrero rocher ingredients: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, chocolate, skim milk, butter (dehydrated) soy lecithin : an emulsifier, vanillin : an artificial flavor) hazelnuts, sugar , modified palm oil, wheat flour, whey, cocoa, soy lecithin: an emulsifier, skim milk , sogium bicarbonate and ammonium carbonate as leavening agents, salt, vanillin, an artificial flavor. if its not kosher please let me know what ingredients make it non-kosher... thank you.
