Liver

Question

If you buy a whole chicken in the supermarket, the liver is inside it. But how is it possible to eat the liver, since it is more than three days after slaughter?

To grill it, it's certainly OK. It is also OK to cook it after grilling. It is more lenient than meat not salted for 3 days. AA
