Microwave

Question

There is a non Jewish person who just started working in our company. (Until now it was all Jewish.) She covers her food when she puts it in the microwave. Is it a problem to use the same microwave? If it is ok, do I have to cover my food (until now, we did not cover dairy, only meat) Thanks
