Is a doctor or hatzoloh member allowed to be mechallel shabbos for a non-jew or a non-religious jew?

The Hatzolah questions are very complicated. The person who needs to know, should sit down with a qualified Rav in person. There certainly is no carte-blanche to be Mechalel Shabbat in just any circumstance. AA
