Question

Please tell me where you get the right to post halachic responsa which are not according to Halachah? I have seen certain items which might depend on the situation, and certainly, no respectable Rov would publicise such a Psak!

You have made an accusation/assumption based on some unknown "such a Psak". If you really want an answer to your question (which I don't believe you do) why don't you be specific. I'm sure my brother will gladly answer you. CA
